How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who contacts Feelingargued Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Feelingargued Walk-In Tubs
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Feelingargued Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, give refunds for a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.

How to Reach Us

Email contact@feelingargued.world and include:

  • Your name and a way to contact you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, answer it and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be another option.
